By booking with On-Site Detailing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Services Provided

1. Interior Detail

Includes:

  • Full vacuum with compressed air and agitation
  • Light shampoo and steam clean of all carpets, upholstery, and floor mats
  • Wipedown of leather and vinyl surfaces
  • Cleaning of screens, rearview mirrors, and windows
  • Spot stain treatment and removal of stuck food or debris

Requirements & Limitations:

  • Access to a power outlet is required; service may be delayed or canceled if unavailable.
  • Effectiveness of stain or gunk removal cannot be guaranteed for pre-existing, severe, or set-in stains.

2. Interior Vacuum + Wipedown

Includes:

  • Thorough vacuum with compressed air
  • Wipedown of surfaces without agitation
  • Cleaning of glass, screens, and rearview mirrors

Requirements & Limitations:

  • Access to a power outlet is required.
  • Service effectiveness may vary based on vehicle condition.

3. Exterior Detail

Includes:

  • Snowfoam pre-wash
  • Two-bucket contact wash
  • Wheel cleaning with professional products designed to remove brake dust and prevent corrosion
  • Car dried at the end to help prevent water spots

(Cannot be booked on its own)

4. Add-Ons

  • Koch Chemie Protector Wax – Surface protectant that enhances gloss, conceals minor scratches, and encourages water beading for easier maintenance.
  • Leather and Vinyl Protectant – Matt finish that protects against UV damage.
  • Headliner Spot Treatment – Minor stains and dirt removed from the headliner. Requires a quote, which may be provided during the detail.
  • Pet Hair Fee – Additional fee applies for significant pet hair; complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

  • All add-ons are optional and priced separately.
  • Service outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of your vehicle.

Damage Policy

While we take the utmost care when detailing your vehicle, there are inherent risks involved due to the condition, age, and materials of your vehicle. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pre-existing Damage

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, cracks, or other imperfections on your vehicle.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any known damage prior to service.

Delicate Surfaces & Materials

  • Certain areas (e.g., brittle trim, aging paint, aftermarket parts, decals, or sensitive electronics) may be more susceptible to damage during detailing.
  • We cannot guarantee against damage to fragile or worn components.

Documentation & Inspection

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle and notify us of any pre-existing damage before service.
  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Liability Limitation

  • In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a result of normal detailing procedures, our liability is limited to repair or replacement costs, up to the amount paid for the detailing service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or enjoyment of the vehicle.

Resolution Process

  • We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate claims promptly and fairly.
  • Documentation, such as photos of the vehicle before and after service, may be requested to assist in claim resolution.
